One would hope that who ever gets elected, they will make sure the Delaware Dept of Justice cleans up its act before their actions Bankrupt DE.

The DE US Attorney, Colm Connolly has refused to prosecute, halt or investigate the MNAT law who has confessed to filing more than 15 false affidavits and deceiving the Federal Court.

In the real world this is Perjury to perpetrate fraud upon the court, Just ask Martha or Bonds.

When the DE US Attorney was a partner with the law firm MNAT in 2001, when the fraud n perjury began, it seems that the reward for not seeking prosecution or investigation is that Colm Connolly is Nominated to be a Federal Dist Court Judge.

If he is refusing to prosecute or investigate former partners or clients, at the barest of minimums, should we not get a list of who those persons that are Above the Law can be……?
